Music is powerful. It can alter our mood. Like beautiful poetry it can inspire and uplift, or even sadden. I am passionate about movement to music and have always enjoyed choreographing Yoga Vinyasa Sequences to various tracks of music and sharing this experience with others. I really feel it helps to inspire one's practice and can aid focus in a class. Whether in my own practice or in class, these are some of my favourite pieces of music to do yoga to.
