My Uncharted Passions

My Uncharted Passions
“The streets of London have their map, but our passions are uncharted. What are you going to meet if you turn this corner?”
– Virginia Woolf

The thing I love most about this city, this vibrant, pulsating city with its quirky buildings steeped in history, its tree-lined streets and old church buildings, is the possibilities.

As I walk through the park, feeling the cool crisp air on my skin, I feel as if I can access all the world has to offer and be anything I can imagine.

There is a freshness here, a creative energy that inspires one’s soul. I walk the streets, feeling renewed and alive, yet rooted down through generations, drawn into a silent history that somehow links me to every artist, poet or writer that has ever walked these same streets, gazed at these same buildings as me. Touching the stone you move through time and call out to those who have gone before. It is life affirming and I feel so abundant and so free.
