This is a healthy, fresh and tasty dressing that you can add to salads or serve on the side as a condiment to various middle eastern dishes. It goes extremely well with Moroccan Lamb or Lentil dishes or vegetable dishes such as Whole Baked Harissa Cauliflower. It also looks so pretty!
2 cups Double Cream/Greek Yoghurt
3 tsp Tahini Paste
A few sprigs of Fresh Mint Leaves
A handful of Fresh Pomegranate Seeds
- Simply mix the Yoghurt and Tahini Paste together and place in a bowl.
- Decorate with the Mint and Pomegranate seeds before serving.
